That she is plain out stupid.. She wants to divorce him because she claims that he goes out all the time and all he does is party.. To me she is only jealous because she is unable to go out and party because of her two son's.. She gave all of that up by having unprotected sex and now that she is unable to do it, she expects Kevin to stay at home and be unhappy.. Now granted Kevin is the father and he does have responsibilities too, but Britney knew all of this when the first go together.. And nothing has changed since then.. She knew that he was an out-going party animal, just like she was/is.. But now she realizies that she can't just say,"well I want to go out and have sex with so and so or get drunk or go clubbing", because of her children.. And she also realizies that if she leaves her children with a nanny all the time that the press will be all over her like white on rice and then she will get negative things printed about her or said about her, and with everything that is already being said in concerns to her, she knows that she doesn't need that kind of press..

She claims that she doesn't want to divorce him, but if it's for the best for her children and her own sanity, that's exactly what she'll do.. She also says that their sex life is more and more less everyday after she had her first child, Sean Preston..To me Britney is just trying to get her name printed once again,and she wants Kevin to look like the bad guy in the whole ordeal..

I imagine they had problems because they are young and in the media so much. I read that the last straw was when Kevin sent Britney a letter saying that she was the cause of their problems. We don't know them of course but he seems to be more of the problem. I also heard he spent a large portion of her millions. I think she realized she would be better without him. So far she seems to be.

I would tell her to make sure that this is something that she really wants to do. Make sure that there is no pressure involved from outside sources. Discuss with her the necessity of remaining pleasant because of the children. And tell her to kick his A$$ to the curb!
