Working out after eating might make it worse. Some physical activities, like swimming, can give you cramps after you eat.
Throwing up won't kill you, but stomach acid erodes teeth and breaks them down, so it causes serious dental issues. It also erodes the lining of your throat and give you serious health issues, later... It's THAT damage that will kill...
My tip is to eat small portions... just enough to get something in there... and then, go do something... Keep busy... Find a hobby... anything to get your mind focused on something else. It's hard, but the longer you go without throwing up, the better you'll feel and less likely you are to do it... Keep thinking of the damage you are doing to your throat and teeth each time you bring stomach acid up...

You probably don't have hiv. You most likely have an eating disorder thoug. Go see a doctor.
