Okay so Thursday I got sick. Really sick with stuff neck, sore body, horrible migraines, I was very fatigue and it was hard to sleep or talk or move. Some of it went away by yesterday but my butt hurts. It's hard to walk cus it feels like it's been ripped open or maybe the opposite like its closed shut. I can't poop. And I don't have an appetite. So I can't poop cus I can't eat cus I'm still a little sick. But I'll get these sharp, very sharp pains in my belly and butt. So ill rush to the bathroom to poo and all that comes out is this clear/yellow/orange jelly like stuff that comes out. It's not even a lot but it puts me through so much pain just to let that little bit of stuff out. And when I pee it hurts cus I can't pee without having the jelly stuff want to come out too. I can't sleep at night cus I can't fall asleep in any position without having the urge of the jelly poo stuff. What could it be? Please help...

Okay, I'm no doctor, but when I was diagnosed with acid reflux with a severe pain in the stomach, the doctor told me a lot about other things that could be causing pain.
You don't have acid reflux (GERD) which is a good thing, since it's practically life-long and I'm only 14 with HEARTBURN. But the doctor said that if I had a fever, felt constipated or pain during bowel movements (trying to emit stool, which is poop) and severe pain in the lower right part of my abdomen (from where you are looking down, not someone else looking at you) you COULD (REMEMBER, I am NOT a doctor, I'm just trying to give you SOME help) have appendicitis, which is very serious because your appendix could rupture and you could die.
I don't know for sure if you have it, but you NEED to go to the doctor AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. IF you do and I just saved your life (XD) then all they will do is send you to the emergency room and perform surgery to remove the appendix.
My sister, my mom and my best friend all had it and they were only in the hospital for MAYBE a day or two. Remember, the appendix is an appendage; an appendage is something that's not essential to the big picture (hence, the name "appendix") You'll be fine without it, but there will be pain following the surgery!!!
Even if you don't have appendicitis, I'm going to tell you what any other sane adult would do; GO TO A DOCTOR! Don't try to fix it yourself just because someone told you that you MIGHT have something. They will help, I promise :)
The jelly like thing sounds like mucous, and the fact that you are having trouble going to the bathroom, but also having those huge bowel movements, makes me think that it is irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). Either way, GO TO A DOCTOR!!!
Also, when my brother was little, he also had problems with stool (poop) and my mom had to persistently stick a NEEDLE into his anus. You might have the same problems he did, but it was so long ago that I can't remember what it was called!! A doctor WILL help you and if you are feeling this way, it's definitely not something to brush off. Come to think of it, he MIGHT have had IBS, but I'm not sure... anyway, please go to a doctor. I don't want to be responsible for more pain or even death!!!
I guess you could say you have...
A pain in the ***.
