'92 is a funny year. Depending on the engine in the T/A, it'll probably work. The tailshaft is probably longer on the truck, which may require a longer output shaft. Check for electronic shift or overdrive controls to ensure you do, in fact, have a 700-R4 and not a 4L60E. Otherwise, it should bolt up fine on the engine side with a few modifications to the output end. The flywheel and torque converter from the truck will have to be used.
