In general, third party lenses came in mounts to fit a variety of different cameras. I have a lens identical to the one in your first picture, only it is in Canon FD mount, while the one pictured clearly is not.
The Vivitar SLR pictured most likely has a K-mount. Look near the base of the lens you have, and see if it says "P/K" or anything similar to that. If it does, it would probably fit the Vivitar camera. If, on the other hand, your lens says "C/FD", "N/AI", "M/MD" or some other set of letters, it probably won't fit that camera.
Vivitar SLR cameras mimic the popular Pentax camera of their era. Earlier one had threaded screw-in lenses, like the Pentax Spotmatics.
Later Vivitar SLR's had the K-mount, copied openly form the Pentax K series of cameras.
The Owen lens is an unknown, as in all of my years (and there are many of them) I've never heard of that brand.
If someone is going to give it to you, say thanks. But I wouldn't buy it. Back in the day.... there were OEM lenses (Pentax, Nikon, Canon, Mamiya, Minolta, etc), then there were the 3rd party lens makers (Vivitar, Tamron, Sigma, etc.) and finally, there were the unknowns (Owen?).
The bottomline? Try it on the camera. If you can't do that, the lens probably isn't worth the shipping cost to find out.
I hope this is helpful for you.
from the lense picture i can not see what fitting it is.ask at your local camera shop .the fittings have to be the same.sorry i can`t be more helpful
