Can a Catholic Laity perform an exorcism?
can people who are catholic, and not a priest, etc. Perform an exorcism. I can read latin, so i can read the prayers in Latin.

No, I'm pretty sure Laity can't perform an exorcism. Before the Second Vatican Council, in your fourth year of the Seminary you were ordained to become an exorcist. But now I think it is just left to a priest.
If I'm not mistaken, laity can perform exorcisms (I could be wrong, though), but it is dangerous. It is better to have an ordained priest perform the rite.

Though "Solemn Exorcism" is not a sacrament, it can only be performed by an ordained priest.
