I went in to see a dietician today. She had great advice on what to eat and what not to eat and provided me with the proper information about a lot of things. This may sound like a dumb question, but It sounds to be like dietitians assist in making you a healthier person, but If I follow her advice Can I lose 50 pounds? She told me a lot of her patients definitely lose body fat, but did not lose weight. I'd love to be healthier but I also want to be thinner.I'm sorry I'm very new to this, Thank you for any advice!

Spacing it out over a week, eat and burn 500 less than you normally do, and expect a four lb loss per month. Since you didn't give the information about what you were told to eat, it is hard to evaluate it. For calories, check via search and read labels.
