No, of course not. That's like saying if I put a bumper over my car's busted radiator it will fix it. It doesn't work that way. All adding a screen protector now will do is cover the cracked screen.
Over the cracked part, it'd just make it stay in place a little more. It will still be visible, because the protectors are clear. But it would help just in case on of the broken pieces came off.
