Can carp from different regional park lakes breed ?
The reason being is I can never catch a carp at Prado Regional Park,but I catch a ton at Glen Helen Regional Park, so I want to pretty breed them together for some better traits and a huge population.

Are you trying to say you want to move carp from one body of water to another body of water? Moving native game species from one place to another IS illegal already. Moving so called invasive species could only be worse. My recommendation: Don't do it!
By the way, there's another algae bloom/fish kill at Prado recently. I think the algae bloom probably only produced more foods for carp there.
