My cat pedro who i got at my local super walmart parking lot that i was sleeping has recently shown interest in death by eating a walmart diet coke and burrito, i love pedro but if he wants to die should i let him. He recently asked me to take him to Paris. I naturally asked why. He said so he could jump of the Eiffel tower. He is now in a padded cage for his personal safety. What should i do. I love pedro and want to let him do what is right please help a lot.

First off the wallmart has beds INSIDE you can find beds. You should let poor Pedro let what his mind wants to do, but offer bits of advice. Take him to Paris and show him the beauty and he will probably change his large mind.
Yes probably, but it would be hard for a cat due to the way there bodies are, so flexible and almost "danger proof". And I don't think there minds have the capability to commit suicide on purpose.
I can remember a place where lots of dogs jumped off an old bridge, in a place called overtoun, Scotland. I don't think it's anything "supernatural" but still really weird, think it was about 6 dogs per month.
Maybe there was a ball or frisbee, and they did not know what a bridge was there for: large fall. Splat.
Type in google dog suicide bridge. quite weird story.
or see link: http://www.problempets.co.uk/media/overtounbridge....
I would first keep food put away except for his cat food and realize that you and pedro need each other to love and care for so suicide is not an option.
Good Luck and take care.

Poor kitty. It sounds like he's had some crappy lives and wants to end all nine of them. I suggest getting him on some form of an antidepressant. SSRIs are much safer than MAOIs so ask your vet about Prozac or Zoloft.
they possible can but rarely do cats ever commit suicide the possibility of it happening is like 1
in a million
The only cats I've ever heard of committing suicide, have all been owned by trolls. I'm sure that's just a strange coincidence.
