I had about nine or ten Trojan virus cookies attack my computer the yesterday; it may have been from a music download. (I do not use limewire)
My virus protection program deleted most and quarantined four. Now, the next day, my program alters me to and quarantines the exact same viruses: four of them again. Did they escape quarantine? If so, will they continue to? And if so, how do I delete them for good?
Thank you.

What this means is that YOU are getting the same virus from something you are running or someone your connected to, and YOU havent patched it yet! You have the same vulnerability! You need to go to Internet Explorer, Click Tools, Click Windows Updates and run that until no more updates are necessary.
Your best start is to read to this forum -

One important thing is the fact that you should completely update the Operating System and ALL of the patches. If your machine is patched for the vulnerability on the HD, then YOU cannot get infected. It is the more proactive approach (patching your machine, keeping your software updated, using the most current firmware and drivers). AV is ALWAYS reactive!
If you need any help (especially if the forum is slow), please let me know!
Good Luck!

Unlikely they have escaped quarantine but more likely they were hiding from the antivirus/antispyware applications. i would expect they are being ran from temp file locations.
get super antispyware if that doesnt work follow directions STEP BY STEP !!!!
get these free tools... adaware(lavasoft.com) spybot(safer-networking.org) HiJackThis(trend.com) winsockfix v1.2(majorgeeks.com) CCleaner (ccleaner.com)
install and run the adaware/spybot updater
disable restore
start-run-apps-accessories-sys... disk cleanup
reboot safe mode w/ networking (continually press f8 upon reboot)
Run adaware and spybot deleting anything they find.
Run Hijackthis (this shows all BHO's on ur browser~very important)
Run CCleaner (Repair/delete anything it finds) *make sure to run its free registry cleaner.
Run free online scan (trend.com bitdefender.com pandasoftware.com) remove any findings
Run winsockfix v1.2
reboot
enable restore
you might also try these commands in your run box
start run cmd ~
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /renew
netsh int ip reset
regsvr32 softpub.dll
netsh int ip reset resetlog.txt
netsh winsock reset catalog
netsh interface ip delete arpcache
please note ::: using mozilla firefox with the following addons noscript noflash adblock (95% reduction in spyware/malware)
Hi
If it has been quarantined, it can't get out. But it is possible your antivirus did not detect the whole threat (i.e. every single one the files).
I suggest you boot into Safe Mode (press F8 when your computer starts) and update and scan with your antivirus again. Then download Superantispyware free and Malwarebytes Antimalware free and scan with those two.
