edit: well they might not always arrest but theres some kind of discipline.. like here in canada you'd probably just get it confiscated ...but if you're running a huge plant theyre gonna arrest you and its probably not even going to be that big of a deal since its canada.. but in usa and other parts of the world you could get crucially punished

legally no, but do they do it? um hell yeah. but who doesnt smoke pot? its pot! its 100% safe, it has cancer curing properties, cures so many things, makes you feel awesome and doesnt make your liver or lungs turn black.
