I been feelin depressed sometimes fo r a little over a year. There's plenty of reasons why i feel like this cause of mistakes I did. But I'm trying to get ny life together now, so I jst try to keep myself busy so I can't think about everything. Cause when I start feeling depresses I feel like giving up on all the work I been doin, and I feel like I should just throw my life away. Is feeling really depressed unhealthy, or will it get better wit time? If it is how can I deal with it better.

Hi, you answered my question just before and I wish I had something helpful to say but sadly this is all I can give you-
Yes, its is unhealthy. It can and often does (it does for me) cause anxiety, bad effects on your body such as weight loss or being unable to eat. Also, inability to sleep and even heart problems can come of it.
If you have a form of depression rather than just feeling depressed for a bit then you should know that you can't just 'pull yourself together' and get on with things. no, doing that will only make things worse. The only way that can be helped is by getting actual, medical treatment.
If however, life has just got you down for a while and you're feeling upset or unwilling to do much then you can get past this with time, hard work on your own part and help from others. You should talk to someone else about this if you don't already.
I know I'm useless but I hope this helps a little at least. I hope everything gets better for you?
Funny how I can help others but no one can help me isn't it.

3. Do some meditation, which makes you to feel calm, do it for 5 mins daily.
Hope this will help you!
Have a good day!
Depression is very effective way to meet our "6 Essential Human Needs" sadly as you have mentioned it can at the same time it does not make us feel self esteem or self worth of just feel frustrated with life. Life has sad sections as well as amazing sections, if the sad feelings though continue for months or years though there is the tendency to feel trapped there, and our body gets used to the feelings, and we accept it as normal. But at the same time we notice or life is not as we know it can be.
There are amazing technologies available to reset our feelings and reverse the depression cycle, and use the power that has kept you stuck to create the life you know is possible.
