Sure you can, but if you're account has been hacked, the password was probably change and you couldn't get into the account to cancel it. There's be no way to cancel without logging on first. You don't say what makes you think the account was hacked. That information could be helpful. If it's just because you've received what appear to be emails from yourself, your account wasn't hacked. It's just a trick spammers use to get your attention and get you to open their emails and buy their service or product. It doesn't do any damage, and they haven't hacked your account. If this is what happened, you can just delete the emails and your account is perfectly safe and unharmed, unhacked, etc. You can't mark those emails as spam because you'd be blocking your self. If that's NOT what happened, then there isn't much you can do if you don't have access to the account.
