It is easy to loose so little weight! The trick is to change your eating behavior so it does NOT come back. Yoyoing is very bad for the health. Cut your caloric intake to about 1200 calories per day and you will loose weight...no way around it. Good luck

Eating a well balanced diet is your first step. Follow that up with a walk every morning (before you've had breakfast) to set your metabolic rate for the day. Don't eat a few hours before you go to bed.

Don't drink juices. Juices have WAY too many calories to be just drinks.
Drink water instead, seriously there's not need to get fat off juices, sodas, or whatever it is that you drink.
Read the LABELS, the calories AND the servings.
Eat salads, and get used to eating them. Because if you get used to eating them, you will not gain your weight right back if you stop.
Try going to the gym, and doing lots of cardio. Don't lift weight or all that bs because it will make losing weight harder!
