okay so everyday I do at least an hour of cardio starting with a twenty minute high intensity interval run. then I do a ten minute walk on the highest incline, half the incline increase speed for ten, then half the incline and increase speed for the next ten. for my last ten I run, increasing and decreasing speed as I feel. every other day I do 45 minutes of weight training. I try and walk for 15-30 minutes every day. I eat really healthy for the most part (ya know, a small treat every few days). I'm 5'4" and 150 lbs. I wanna be down to 130 by the middle of december. think this'll do it, or do I need more?

That is really good. I suggest maybe taking a body sculpt class to keep tone too. It helps you loose weight quick also and its about an hour long. Sometimes though your body will reach the weight it is just meant to be at so don't push it and starve yourself too much because you will need energy for all that working out
I recognise it will sound ancient customary however simply Excercise and devour proper! ravenous your self wont support in any respect and it might be quicker anyhow to devour healthful and excercise.. however Just do it! :) recollect 3500 energy in a pound, u burn approximately 1500 energy an afternoon from daily hobbies like respiring XD and ,, yeah so if ya devour round four hundred-800 energy an afternoon mixed with any quantity of pastime, you must see the wiehgt come proper off! The extra pastime the greater! Just cange your subculture, prohibit goodies devour tons of protiens dont drink your energy, be healthful! :) that is what im doing! :)
i think that will do it... GOOD JOB thats really cool! and another little tip is make sure you dont eat any carbs or fat after 6 p.m. because thats when everything turns to fat... you can still eat chicken and protein and everything after then and also if you eat within 15 minutes of when you wake up in the morning it highers your metabilism and makes you loose weight faster hope i could help!
