I don't know about the whole, "just eating vegetables, egg whites, & drink water" Just eat healthy but nothing with alot of calories. Also eat in smaller portions. Exercise everyday for at least 2 hours. But yeah, drink water at least 6 times a day. GOOD LUCK!

bad diet you will die lol. Just balance your meals to 5 a day, and eat smaller portions. Continue exercise also.
