Like um it depends on how big you are like for me I lost twenty pounds in the summer becuz I really didn't eat like I only ate oranges and animal crackers for two weeks lol. But that should work but idk yogurt has lots of sugar yull lose weight but if that's all yur gonna eat don't exercise lol I disnt at least but it really depends on your measurement and yur weight now for me to be accurate
No, if you lower your calorie intake below 1000 your body will preserve more fat so you dont starve yourself. Plua just eating that alone wont provide you with enough vitamins and nutrients. Eat more veggies and fruits along with that then you will be healthy and lose weight. You cant just do this for a period of time you have to make this your lifestle now. If you lose 20 pounds and then go back to eating sht foods and not exercising then you will quickly gain your weight back. Jog 3 miles daily and exercise and eat healthy food while drinking water only and then you will see results.
