Exercise daily , if you can weekends too. I know running might be hard at first but it burns a lot of fat just by jogging. To loose a lot of fat you have to do a lot of cardio.ex. Spinning, jump rope, running, boxing etc. I suggest you get a trainer (you can find one at any gym) , you'll loose even more. If you start a gym even better with parents consent. Well i am 14, 5'4 and a half and 184 pounds. Cardiovascular exercises include (jumproping for a long period of time, such as 20 minutes, jogging, walking at a fast speed/pace, running, swimming, snowshoeing, skiing) those are all cardiovascular exercises and are the absolute best way too lose weight when done for a good amount of time. I reccomend starting at 15 minutes of jogging, then increasing how long you jog. But exercise isn't the only way you can lose weight. It sucks, but you aslo have to diet. Now, when i say diet, i dont't mean restrict yourself from something your mom or parent cooks. I mean have a little bit. Such as when someone makes pasta and garlic bread, have 1 cup of pasta and a little bitsy slice of garlic bread, than have salad for the rest of dinner. Since im not there to portion your meals for you, stay away from the following: whole, 2%, 1% milk. Drink skim milk ONLY. When you have bread, it must be whole wheat bread. Stay away from unnecessary butters, too much fat, and creamy stuff, you know, like canned potato soup, canned clam soup, ranch dressing, etc.! And eat a lot of fiber and protein rich foods such as: greek yogurt, nuts (ONLY HAVE A HANDFUL OF NUTS), beans, tunafish (low on mayo) and egg whites. Please, do NOT by low fat and reduced calorie foods, because they are so filled with sugar, which transfers into fat. so its almost like they didnt even take the fat out! Dont stuff yourself, and dont be too strict, running around, measuring everything you eat. But, i gave you the best advice. And dont go buying dier pills and diet drinks because , (im sure you've heard this from everyone) they dont work. Sorry, but they do not work. You have to lose weight naturally. And if you aren't seeing results from doing all the above, maybe you're not exercising enough, and maybe you"re eating too much. I know you most likely didn't soak up any of this info so reread it until you get the point. Ive been dieting forever and struggling with weight loss. PS. You shouldn't see results the day after you do all the avove. Weigh yourself at most TWICE A WEEK in the morning before you've eaten breakfast. You really need to consider this. And you should be eating NO LESS than 1300 calories per day. If your still hungry when you are trying to go to bed, you have restricted yourself too much that day. I took forever writing this. So listen to me.

You can go on a crash diet, but don't go for too long. I suggest one meal a day.. worked for me
