Im 19yo, college student and work part time 20hrs a week. My car recently stb, and i was wondering with no debts to my name not having any current monthly bills as i live at home, trade my car in for a $0 down lease, like toyota is offering at the moment? I make roughly $560 a month and have paystubs to prove it. Would a dealership lease me a car? Me going over mileage isnt an issue i dont drive more then 8,000 miles a year.

No, not on your own, but possibly with a co-lessee.
A family member with good credit, and substantial income-to-debt ratio could help.
It actually requires better credit to lease a car, than it does to buy a car.
And previous auto loan experience is usually required.
Your monthly income isn't sufficient to get a loan, nor a lease.
Not even in the ball park. No way in hell. Why? Well:
1-You don't make even close to the amount of money needed for an approval
2-You have no credit (or very little credit) being a 19 year old
3-You don't work enough

I could go on but you get the picture. You'll need a co-signer with perfect credit or you don't stand a chance.
18+ years in car sales/management/finance
Not on your own. At 19 you don't have the necessary credit history or income to lease a car. You'd need to make much more per month.
Your income will not support the purchase of a brand new car, lease or loan, it doesn't matter, you don't earn enough money. You can't afford it.
Sound like you can, most of the dealer would want a co-signer with good credit score to back you up just incase. but you can always try, if it needed, why not just buy a used car instead.
