Can I register my Business as an LLC at a residential address?
I live in oregon and I'm starting a Property Management Company. I need to structure it as an LLC with a physical address as my home address and PO Box as mailing. Can I do this or do I have to have a commercial office spot for an LLC?

You may use any address you wish. A lot of businesses (LLC) are run out of residential buildings. You do have to have a physical address for the registered resident agent...be it you or your attorney or CPA.
