My sister and I got our ears pierced at this ghetto hair salon. I got my second ear pierced and my sister got her first piercings. I got my first piercings at Claire's, and I never had any problems with my ears. The ghetto place where we got our piercings were very dirty. First of all, they got a random earring they could find in a box and put it in the gun thing. You know how they're suppose to wipe this sanitizer paper on our ear first and then shoot the gun thing? They didn't even do that.. they didn't even wear gloves or anything.
It's been two weeks and both of our ears still are bleeding and infected. We clean our ears daily with ear solution and it still didn't work. Its not our fault that our ears are infected because we take care of it.
What should I do? I never signed a contract with the piercer btw. To be honest, I don't think they even have a licence for piercings..
Update:I couldn't because it was too late to walk out. I didn't know they were this dirty until I saw that the earrings were in random places and that they didn't wipe the sanitizer thing first.

If the place was ghetto and dirty then why did you continue with getting your ears pierced. It all depends on what was said in the contract maybe you should try getting in touch with a lawyer but I don't think you can sue
did you signal a launch/waiver? i do not have self belief it went in 3/4", even though it would want to have felt like it. i attempt this for a residing and that i do exactly not see the way it really is available. yet having reported that, I absolutely have a demanding time believing that someone contained in the mall would even use a needle, particularly than a piercing gun. you may want to attempt, even though it would maximum in all chance purely value you a collection of time and funds. you may want to even finally end up paying the piercers legal professional prices or being countersued for expenses. and in case you do not have ear lobes, what the heck were you getting pierced, and what handed off on your ear lobes?
Honey, if the salon was so ghetto, why did you get your ears pierced there in the first place? It sounds like this is actually your fault, and you are just trying to blame someone else for your problem.
then yes you can but the best thing to is go see a doctor and talk to a lawyer.winning the case will only depend on how good that lawyer is at convincing the judge
Yes, I think you could easily sue them. it sounds like they are unsanitary and unprofessional. Before you sue them first go in and ask if they will give you back your money and pay for an ear treatment or something so you can get your ears fixed up, if they wont do that then sue them.
It wasn't too late until it went through your flesh.
By the way, gloves are more about protesting them from you than vice versa.
You can sue anyone for anything, but it doesn't mean you'll win
