Can I sue my employer?

Help me please!

Here is my situation:

ever since i began working at an unamed popular ice cream store my boss has tried to find a reason to fire me. She promised me a promotion and later withdrew it because she felt I wasn't performing up to "standard"... However I had been working more an more resiliant everyday, taking on a stronger leadership role.

The promotion never came so I was a bit ticked... But a new hire was promoted directly over me and had me teach her how to do the position I was up for. This person later STARTED an arguement with me which lead me to leave the store for a 30 minute break... Which we are all entitled to. I was fired the next day because they said I attacked a fellow employee (not true, I am not capable of that... AND there are cameras throughout the store proving me innocence).

Secondly I cut myself on the job and needed stiches from the hospital. I filed for workers comp to get back the money I paid for the hospital trip. The owner of the store told my mother that he filed the claim but it was rejected. Weeks later my mother has been trying to refute the denial of repayment when she found out that the owner never filed a claim. Bug gave my mother the claim number of another incidint, all so his premium wouldn't rise.

Someone please tell me i'm not crazy for thinking any of this is legal!!!

I'm 17 years old. A black male, (note: the manage is a raging feminist who takes a "liking" towards white females)
