I've got a pair of wayfarer sunglasses that I want to put clear prescription's in. Is it done at the general eyewear store like Lens Crafters? An estimation of how much it would cost would also be great.
Normally, Wayfarer frames will accept prescription lenses. If you want to replace the lenses in the wayfarer frames with your prescription, you might try the site www.replacementlensexpress.com, they should be able to give you a quote for it.
If you go to the site: www.zennioptical.com, they have knock-off Wayfarers which can be fitted with lenses in your prescription for like less than $20 or so.
You can as long as they are willing to do it. Some places like lenscrafters, don't really encourage you to do that since they want to sell you another frame instead. You might do better at a local independent optical shop. The cost can vary though depending on where you are and what you want like lens material, anti-reflective coatings or transitions.

Yes and no. It depends on the frames and where you take them. Start checking around.
