I am 23 years old, 1.71 m tall, and I weight 41 kilos! 10 days ago I was 43, but I've got acne and doctor suggested to put on diet, so I lost 2 kilos.
I'm not food lover and I have lack of appetite.
So should I visit endocrinologist? Can it be that I have hormonal or some of this kind disorder?

Interesting question.
Acne is very hormonal and although many dermatologists might not realize this(because not many MD's don't) but the symbiotic nature with bacteria is bigger than once believed. In so much the NIH is actually hosting a mapping of the ecology of bacteria on humans as it has been shown in animal studies that differing ecology of bacteria can influence our immune system.
I would certainly suggest you go to a endocrinologist for opinion if and only if you can find a open minded one who is also willing to try to help you. I say open minded one because he may not accept the premise that a dermatologist would on hormones causing acne. Even though he may be aware of hormones as it's his study, he still may be closed minded because of what he typically practices - metabolic disturbances mostly. He may take the acne thing less serious.
