Yes they can and they are extremely good at it. Also the strenght of the leopard is insane, they are nothing but strength, claws and teeth.
Becuase of their lack of ability to keep other preds (lions, hyenas, etc) away from their kills they tend to always pull their kill up into a tree. Believe it or not they can pull something up to three times their own weight into the treetops. I have even seen video of one pulling a young giraffe into a tree (had a bit of trouble with the legs but he made it).
Other than a good lunch they also spend most of their free time up in trees as well. It keeps them off the ground and away from the trouble that lions, hyenas, wild dogs, buffalo etc can bring.
So to answer your question, yes they do climb trees and they are very good at it.
Leopards have difficulty defending kills from large social predators, such as lion or hyena. In areas with large numbers of large predators, they typically store their kills out of reach in trees. Although a leopard caught on the ground will typically try to defend its kill, it will generally find itself outmatched by these predators. If outnumbered, it will abandon its kill and seek safety in trees.
Of course they can most felines can they all have retractable claws except of course the cheetah which has them extended at all times as when it runs fast it needs them out to catch its prey but the leopard is well known for taking its prey up trees out of the way of ground scavengers ie. hyenas
Yes, in fact, they are one of the few big cats who can actually climb trees, aside from the jaguar. They take their kills up there to keep them away from larger predators.

Leopards climb trees. Leopards drag their kill up trees to keep other predators away from their meal.
