I'm 18 years old, about 110 to 115 pounds, which is healthy for my height. Two days ago I passed out and my face turned blue.. I went to the ER, they said my blood pressure was 105 over 65. Could this have anything to do with the fact that I've been spotting for about two weeks off and on instead of having my period? I also feel unusually full all the time. Today I ate a 6 inch sub for breakfast, but it feels like I just ate two helpings of everything at golden corral.
Also, for the past 8 months, I've been exhausted all the time. To the point of sleeping almost all day, and then all night. The most I could do was make it from the bed to the couch and bathroom when I needed to go. I still feel like that alot, but I do more now since I have to work.
What are the reasons for low blood pressure?
Does what's been happening have anything to do with that?
Note: I am not pregnant.

That blood pressure is not dangerously low especially since you are petite.
You need to have a complete medical workup to figure this out. Was any bloodwork done to see if you're anemic? An EKG of the heat should also be done to make sure you don't have an irregular heartbeat. You need to follow up with your primary care provider.
No.
