Hi, my question is can lymes disease come back? When I was about nine I had gotten lymes disease I remember being in pain and having bullseye rash my doctor had told me it was the biggest bullseye he had ever seen. I am now 17 and about two weeks ago I got sick and my joints were so sore I literally could not get up off the couch and walk after I got better. Now ever since then on and off my joints Weill be real sore one minute/day then the next their not and yesterday I had a migraine that came with my sore joints. So is it possible that lymes disease came back over the years and this is what is causing all my pain? also i am trying to find a LLMD (lyme disease specialist) can anyone reccomend one in DE, MD, or PA? I also know that a regular physician who has less knowledge of lyme does regular common blood test which only detects lyme in its very early stages and about a year ago i went to a regular family doctor got blood work done for lyme testing one came back positive the other came back negative and they doctor told me the were most likey wrong and i dont have lyme disease keep in my mind it was a regular doctor not a specialist.

Lyme disease is caused by a spiral bacteria like no other. Know as “the great imitator” it can have a list of symptom as long as a medical dictionary.
It can do things that others can not. (Shed cell wall and still live, turn inside out to from a cyst and go back to cell wall)
It can go any where it wants to and it wants to go to the brain and nervous system.
You would need to stop them before they get there because no antibiotic penetrate the brain, but these things are very fast movers.
I could go on forever but rather than take my word for it (I’m sure that someone will call me a crank from the internet) here are some website that are well worth checking out.

Good luck and good health.
Lyme is famous for coming back. The test is famous for its false negatives. Doctors are famous for telling people they don't have it, or if they did, that they are cured now. Most don't know what they are talking about. Check into the online support group for your state and get some help from other patients.
yes-particularly if it was not treated correctly the first time--the lil bacteria gets this biofilm on it and becomes resistant and it can hide in your body for years...so definitely go to a llmd this time!!! good luck!
