can my car run on E10 fuel? will it hurt it, also what is E10 like with performance, will it make the car run better or worse.
are will a tank of E10 last longer then normal fuel?

Gasoline with up to 10% ethanol does not need to be labeled as containing ethanol. Your car is likely running E10 right now.
I doubt that the info is accurate that "normal automobiles can go more miles on 9 tenths of a gallon of pure gasoline, than they can on 1 gallon of E10 made up of 10% ethanol and 90% gasoline" That would make absolutly no sense and we might as well just be pouring water into the gas. The loss of efficiency is probably minimal, perhaps around 2 or 4%
Any gasoline vehicle can run on E10 (and in many cases, probably already is).
