My cat has a huge stomach and she is doing some of the labor stuff but, not quiet all of them. She goes outside, eats, and takes naps. All I need is to see if it is possible for her to go into preterm labor.
Do you mean early labor? If so she will loose all the kittens she must stay pregnant for at least 63 days to have healthy kittens. I would keep her indoors if she is close to time to have the kittens or she may have the outside. What she is doing sounds like any other cat.
Yes and you need to keep her in a quiet room in the house from this point on. She should not be allowed outside or you won't find the kittens and she will get pregnant when nursing the kittens. Keep her inside until the kittens are born AND she is spayed - do not let her continue to go outside.
