64 Bit operating system
ATI Radeon HD 3450 Graphics card ( i think ) 2042 MB total memory

You may be able to run it at lower settings, there is a demo for arma 2 operation arrowhead that you can download off steam for free to test it!
If you are wondering about that hardware in general, it is very average. Not bad by any means, but also nowhere near "gaming" specs
