Will my CPU be able to run Arma 2 on at least low settings?

Cpu?! ok lemme tell u! Yeah.. u can. Cpu has very little to do with your gaming performance :) so that wont affect much

That is a strange computer build. You can run it on medium to high. If you upgraded that CPU, you can run it on high to ultra with great framerates. By the way that Pentium CPU is over 12 years old.
