Can my computer run Terraria?
This is my first computer(that i got for college ) and all my life ive been playing console games. So i have no idea what im trying to do so im going to just copy and paste my specs...
Processor:AMD E-350 Processor 1.60GHz
RAM:3.00 GB (2.60 GB usable)
System type: 64-bit Operating system
If i can run it should i make a small-medium-or large world

You shouldn't have a problem at all man.
Buy it and it enjoy it bro.
You could most likely be able to run a large world, i dont see why you couldnt.
I only have 4g of ram, but a decent video card... Its not a stressful game, in terms of stressing your hardware.
you'll be able to desire to open some terraria's and play on different characters with those spec's purely for that pastime :) P.S minecraft is like that pastime much less struggling with tho and extra construction
