I was dependant of my father who was on work permit. We all got our ILRs last year. Now I wanna marry the man I love but my parents do not agree on this. They've taken all my documents from me including my passport, ILR BRP and my identity card. They have even beaten me and they continue to mentally torture me but they will never be able to change my mind. Finally they threatened to cancel my ILR as I was his dependant and to send me back to my home country. They have also threatened that they will complain against my boy friend ( i dont know on what grounds) in the home office as my bf is still on work visa.
My questions are;
1. Is it possible for them to cancel my ILR and then create problems for my bf?
2. Is it also possible to get married without a passport as neither do I nor my bf need the passport?
3. How can I get a new ILR as I can't get new passport since they have got my identity card and other documents and it is not possible to get new passport without an identity card?
I will really appreciate any help in this regard.
Update:Sorry I forgot to mention that I am 21 years old now.

They can't "cancel" anything without putting themselves at risk. The passport doesn't belong to you or your family - it belongs to the government that issued it. That amounts to theft of government property.
