I just adopted a puppy today. She's 4 months old. They gave me her vaccination records and the like and she had gotten the DHPPC on the1st of the month, and then another booster on the 15th. The humane society I got her from had gotten her from Kentucky and received her on the 18th. Apparently the other puppies in the truck that brought them here may have Parvo. Now I am a vet tech student so I know the DHPPC covers Parvo but they made me sign a waiver saying she may still get it. So far she has not shown any signs but I am just wondering if anyone knows the likelyhood of her breaking out with Parvo, considering she had 2 boosters of the DHPPC before she was transported up here?

This depends. Where I'm from, puppies are given 3 boosters before they are immune to parvo(these are typically given at 8,12,and 16 weeks of age). The dosages may be different where you are though.
If your puppy is supposed to get a 3rd booster, then she would not have formed a strong immunity to parvo, and the chances of her getting it would be pretty high. It would also depend on how closely she was kept to the other puppies while they were transported(like if the were allowed to play together, took potty breaks together, etc).
If she's fully vaccinated, it's still possible to contract parvo, but quite unlikely.
I would highly recommend talking to your vet, or one of your instructors at school tomorrow, about this.
A dog doesn't need to be vaccinated 3 times to protected. They only do that because they may not become immune the first time (and to make money). If she isn't showing any signs now I highly doubt she has it.
