If she is good enough to qualify, she'll be there. Even though most of the gymnasts are really young, it's not because there's an age limit. There was even a 30something year old in the Olympics this year.
Well don't forget the 2010 winter Olympics in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. She'll probably compete in the 2010 Olympics, but I'm not sure about the 2012 summer Olympics in London, England and i don't think she'll go to the 2014 winter Olympics in Sochi, Russia. So ya.
The issue will be if she wants to continue to train and compete at this elite level for the next 4 years. Many gymnasts opt to go to college and compete at the NCAA level, which allows them to live more of a normal life and have fun with gymnastics in a team setting. But that means that they give up their 24/7 lifestyle which is completely devoted to gymnastics, which is often, but not always, what's needed in order to stay at the highest elite levels.
If she wants to, then there is no reason she can't. (Unless, of course, she ends up injured or had a rapid decline in ability or something before then.)
There is no upper age limit in any Olympic sport.
She can if she wants to. She won't be really old, but in gymnastics competitors retire early because as you age it gets more difficult.
