if you've been diagnosed with seizures and lack of sleep there is a chance of having a seizure. but if you don't have seizures you can't just have one because of no sleep.
Yes. If you have had seizures in the past . A long time with no sleep can definitely cause a seizure. It happened to me. 6 weeks with 2 hours sleep a night. Because of a dog barking outside my window. Kept me awake. I work 3rd. Hard enough to sleep anyway. Be sure to get your sleep. I've went to over counter sleeping peels. Don't like taking them but it helps.
epilepsy is when flashing light or light patterns that cause the brain to cause seizures. im not sure whether lack of sleep can increase the risk of seizures in people with epilepsy like yourself. try to at least take a nap when you can. better safe than sorry, right?(:
