Check with your OB/GYN at your prenatal visit. During both of my pregnancies I could exercise. Yoga and pilates are both good choices. I would avoid doing anything stressful or anything with pressure on your belly during the first and last trimester. Look it up on the web, but as always **Check with your doctor before you do anything. Your doctor knows all of the special things about you. And you have something extra special about you now. Congrats!!!!
I would check with your OB/GYN, but I have seen several women do it, including my cousin who is pregant now. There are some less strenuous exercises for expecting moms to do and videos out there to help. But be sure to talk with your doctor before starting any exercise routine!! Good luck!!
Definitely check with your ob/gyn first, but usually it's just fine for a normal, healthy pregnancy. Don't do more htan you could do before pregnancy though. But walking and swimming are both excellent pregnancy exercises.
yes they tell you its better chances of a healthy delivery as long as you don't over do it. if you have a record of difficult pregnancy than no, always talk to your doctor first but there are pregnant women at the curves I exercises at and they are absolutely fine. one lady was there up until her eighth month. hope that helps!
