Can someone explain to me: special relativity, Lorentz, general relativity, twin paradox, time dilation.?

As simple as possible. I'm mainly confused about their relationship and applicability to each other, not what they are on their own.

Why is Lorentz special to relativity? Because of the time factor? And does twin paradox and time dilation apply to general relativity? How?

General reality is outside of inertial frames, but is another different from special relativity the use of acceleration? And can we say redshifts are connected to time dilation?

Update:

Edit: Hi. Yes please sir, can you explain the rest :)

You can also email me if that is easier, although I am not sure emailing works currently?

PS were you really a pilot? (You don't have to answer that if you cant fit it into everything)
