As you can see the original question asks "In what language do you teach (hold) school classes in your country?", however, I felt that this would sound awkward (also the original Japanese is most likely an impersonal, general question while the English would sound way more personal to me) so I decided to shift it into passive to better present the Japanese sentence.

"In your country, what language are your classes held in" - or some other translation along these lines.
