I noticed my nipples have been getting really sore lately. Me and my fiance are in our first month of ttc. Do you think this could be a pregnancy symptom? Also had a friend mention my boobs looking bigger.
Update:Carly: Mine are exactly the same it's just the nipples and they hurt to touch. I hope i'm pregnant. Thanks for your answer it gives me some hope. :)

I always had sore breasts about 2-3 weeks before my period and last time around it was just my nipples that were sore and actually hurt to the touch! It was strange because they have never really hurt like that and sure enough I was pregnant! So yes, sore nipples can definitely mean pregnancy, especially if you have never had them before. Good luck to you!
For me my nipples were only sore, then my whole breasts starting hurting and the nipples got a little less sore.
They can, but it can also be caused simply by hormone fluctuations that occur in your cycle even when you're not pregnant, and by other factors such as body temp, physical activity, illness, and more. TTC takes a few months on average, so if you're interested in your possible symptoms, I suggest charting them. You can see www.fertilityfriend.com for more information on charting.
If you know when you ovulated and how many days pass ovulation you are, or when your period is supposed to start, that would also be helpful to see if it's possible that you are pregnant.
GL and babydust!
