Also be sure to get at least 8 hours of sleep each night and drink half your body weight in water (if you weigh 150 pounds drink 75 ounces of water a day). When you start behaving healthier, the problems will probably disappear.

No. I never get such bad feelings. I regularly do Yoga and meditation, besides some prayers also; and I don't feel any stresses or strains.
