Way too much stress could do that. You could also have a virus or something. Try to get rid of as much of the stress as you can. Also be sure to get at least 8 hours of sleep each night and drink half your body weight in water (if you weigh 150 pounds drink 75 ounces of water a day). When you start behaving healthier, the problems will probably disappear.
