Okay, I know that this is a little dorky of a question, but my husband has been watching Lois & Clark on Netflix, and they are not married and all, and I was just wondering, if he's an alien from Krypton and she's a human, can they still have kids? And if so, what, exactly, would a human/kryptonian hybrid's powers entail?

Ultimately it is up to the writer(s) of Superman. If they want to make it work they will. I would argue that it is possible. If the chromosomes are close enough together then it is possible. Considering how the kryptonians appear to look exactly the same as humans, the possibility is high. But still, the offspring could run the risk of being infertile itself like a mule... I say yeah but Lois must take one hell of a pounding. Superman would have to hold back a lot. I'd be bored....
Depends on the comic. Lois and Clark have a son in "Son of Superman" and I believe he has Superman's powers too. Then there's this one I find creepy, "JLA: Created Equal" where Superman is the last man on Earth because some virus killed all the other males and his sperm is implanted into women and those offspring have super powers too. There is one issue in the main continuity where after a visit with Lois' parents, Clark and Lois discuss the children thing and he basically says it's not really worth trying since they don't know what would happen (the kid would probably kick through Lois' stomach if she got a tan).
This is something that's never really been addressed. But I think Lois is a sick pervert. I mean having sex with an alien. Come on. If she where having sex with a dog, at least she'd be keeping it on the same planet.
So I say no. I think Superman is a different animal then humans.
In Frank Miller's The Dark Knight Strikes Again it is shown that Wonder Woman and Clark have a daughter, but also stated is that anyone less than her couldn't survive that. Also, in the satire comic, The Pro, it is shown that The Saint's (superman spoof) ejaculate downed a plane.
Scientifically speaking, Lois would have a better chance of getting pregnant by a tree than by a lifeform from a completely different planet.
But, hey, if a green-blooded Spock could have a red-blooded mother, than anything goes in fiction.
No. The kid would break throuh Lois's uterus. haha
Whatever the writers want to do hun.
