i am confused about processors, and the t sign or the e sign. i know about the core and dual core processors, but why r there t processors and e ones? is it a difference between which processors can be used in labtops?

Lets see, there are different processors for different purposes. that goes without saying. Your Laptop would have one type, ur desktop another. Your PDA yet another.
Laptop processors would (normally) consume much less power than the desktop counterparts, since they are designed to run on battery. Desktop processors would be larger, faster and more power hungry.
With Intel, the E series and the T series are just different families.
Laptops generally use the T series, while the desktops use the E series.

you can't do that. laptop cpus are mobile consuming less energy, a desktop is more power hungry plus the sockets are diffrent.
