Because of his advanced age, some are concerned that if McCain dies while president, Palin is next in line. Partially because of this, many want to know what she is about and are critical of her qualifications and views as if SHE'S the one at the top of the ticket.

No one is wondering about the same scenario if Obama is president. He's not old, but he is black. I always remember black comedians sort of joking about how there will never be a black president and if there was there would be people trying to bring him down. Eddie Murphy even joked in his Delirious act about a black president needing to be in shape so he can give speeches on the move so snipers can't shoot him.

I would hope that society has moved forward enough that even the craziest person could handle a black man as CIF, but an assassination attempt is always a concern, that's why we have Secret Service. But if the unthinkable should happen, are we prepared for President Biden? Should the media be giving some attention and tough questions to him as well as Palin?
