Can we trace anaerobic bacteria in a long dead organism?
Can we find out if a piece of soft tissue that was dug up from the ground has anaerobic bacteria? Please get back to me.

Yes you can. Scientists are able to detect bacteria in tissues... however, if the long dead organism has been dead so long that all its organic matter has decayed, mummified or fossilized then the bacteria will be long gone. However, their remnants might still be detectable.
