Can you cancel a Sony Vaio custom order?
And get your full money back?
I just ordered a laptop for Cyber-Monday and the estimated ship time is .. in February.
Would I be able to get my full money back if I decide to cancel sometime in the next week-until December? Does anyone have any related experiences?
Update:Online support isn't working for me either (Or anyone else I know). Their support is horrible beyond belief. And the deal ends in 20m. Gg

Would suggest you call Sony sales and customer support and ask or read their cancellation and warranty policy as only Sony can answer this question.
Al tho i don't order computers online i did buy a Pellet Gun and i had to cancel because i would of gone overdrawn so i just simply called them gave them a few details to prove it was my order and then they cancelled it and gave me a full refund i dont know if this works the same with Sony Hope this helped and best of luck :)
Contact Sony or whomever you bought the computer from. Somehow, I doubt you'll get your full amount back. You've got to read all the fine print.
