Hi, I know there is a lot of corrections to be done in the following writing, please feel free to paraphrase, change, or suggest other ways to say this:
Peter Principle is defined as "a tongue-in-cheek observation that the members of an organization are promoted for their accomplishments until they reach their level of incopetence; there they cease to be promoted, remaining at the level at they can no longer do good work" (Henslin 2009:182). In the previous cartoon, (www.gocomics.com) the executive claims he is just as incompetent as the others in the bureaucracy where he works, ilustrating how employees in formal organizations are given positive sanctions by promoting them to higher positions when they accomplish their responsabilities until they can no longer manage their work and can no longer be promoted.
Update:In the previous slide, (“I Do’s” for Little Kids) a list of tips are given to parents whose children will be part of a wedding ceremony. Anticipatory socialization is “the process of learning in advance an anticipated future role or status” (Henslin 2009:85). Therefore, is a rehearsal that sometimes requires some training to become familiar with the behaviors and expectations attached to what one is going to become. In this case, the girls are to be dressed with the special outfit a week before of the event to feel comfortable, and the parents are encouraged to read books related to weddings to the girls, so they can have an idea of how a wedding looks like and what are they required to do and when.

"tongue-in-cheek"....
Line 3... incompetence. Having arrive at there, they become static as they are working at their maximum.
The next section is a repetition of the first, and therefore, redundant.
