In order to decide whether you can do this or not you should have to provide the configuration of your computer. Without knowing what kind of features you having it is difficult to get an idea. You better to search on Google or some where else with your configurations of the computer.
A better way to ask this question (or google search) might be:
Is there a program similar to Songify for [your operating system, I'm guessing windows 7]?
I don't know one off hand but maybe that will help you search.
You could also try BlueStacks App Player. It's a program that lets you run Android apps on windows and mac. I haven't tried it but you can give it a shot. It's in beta so it might not work perfectly.
