Mine was about the size of a golf ball and so had reached a size where it could be felt.
I also had micro-tumors in my lymph nodes but had no idea they were there until they were found in the pathology lab doing the biopsy of the removed tissue.
It really depends where it is growing, how large it has grown and if it is affecting the function of any organs..

I could feel my breast tumor . . . that's how I knew to get it checked out.
